This charming self-catering house is set on a quiet village street in the Provencal village of Mirabel-aux-Baronnies.  The front door is at street level from which a stone staircase leads directly up to the first floor and the open plan living space with a small juliette balcony overlooking the street, original exposed beams, working fireplace, dining room and kitchen.

 

On the second floor is the first bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and small balcony overlooking the street. This bedroom also has a separate folding single bed which can be used as additional sleeping for one person. Adjacent to this is a family bathroom with separate bath and shower and next door a separate WC. On the third floor is the second bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and shuttered windows which open out onto the lower terrace. The lower terrace has an exterior staircase leading to the upper terrace which has spectacular 180 degree views of the Nyons hills, Mont Ventoux, Baronnies hills and the surrounding countryside as well as the classic pinky red rooftops of the village. The upper terrace has a covered BBQ area with outdoor sink and gas hob for simple cooking. Both terraces provide ample space for dining and sunbathing.
